Ferret
Especially useful when space is limited, the Ferret requires only 18 inches (45cm) clearance in front of the boiler. It can clean 40 feet per minute, without spinning and without flexible shafts or rotating rods.
When attached to a standard boiler tube cleaning brush, the Ferret's exclusive two way vibratory action pushes the Ferret and the brush through the tube without the need for long extension rods or manual pushing or pulling.
At the end of the tube the action of the tool is reversed automatically and it returns to the operator.

Air Water Gun
Solves condenser tube cleaning problems effortlessly using air and water under pressure and, depending on the method used, it can clean condenser tubes in 1-3 seconds, that's 500 tubes per hour on a routine maintenance clean.
The tool can be used with or without brushes and is specially developed for use with condenser cleaning bullets.

Percussion Lance
Powerful, fast and highly efficient. Cleans combustion deposits from economic, waste-heat and water-tube boilers, economizers and condensers, without brushes.
This formidable tool blasts air at 4,500 high velocity blasts per minute, yet requires only a 6 inch (15cm) penetration into the tubes. It is capable of cleaning a 300 tube boiler in 30 minutes using a positive, finger-trip trigger which gives easy yet sure control and incorporates a safety cut out device.

Bunker Lances
A purpose-built range of lightweight percussion lances, essential for the safe clearing of choked or blocked bunkers and hoppers.
Without the operator having to enter the bunker, the operator remotely controls the lance to the blockage, and then applies the percussive blasts of the lance direct to the trouble spot.
Will unchoke any material including iron ore, coal, feeding stuff or chemicals etc…

Snuffer Lances
Specially designed for use in the oil industry, will rapidly extinguish any small fire. The Snuffer Lance has been designed for ease of use and storage. Other possible uses include; chemical clearing, sterilization, vehicle/plant and cleaning.

Vacuum Attachment
This links the vacuum of the boiler to the tool aiding the extraction of soot from the tubes to the vacuum.

Brushes & Bullets
Wire brushes are employed to remove debris from the tubes and are attached to the ferrets. Assorted brush sizes up to 2" ID are size for size and thereafter 1/8" larger than the ID of the brush. A large stock is held on site.
A range of brush bullets are available to suit individual requirements. All types are stocked in sizes from ½" to 29/32" in 1mm steps.
